Specification - The Prestige City, Sarjapur Road

The Prestige City has been meticulously and carefully designed and constructed in keeping with the Prestige Group’s high standards of excellence. There is an attempt to cater to every requirement of the discerning buyer. To this end, the structures are all earthquake resistant, and RCC framed with the use of solid concrete block masonry. These well-ventilated apartment units come equipped with large windows to provide ample ventilation and good flow of natural light through the units. The windows will have powder coated/anodized aluminium frames with glazing. The wide balconies are to be laid with anti-skid tiles, while the walls and ceiling are to be plastered and painted with waterproof paint with MS railing handrails. Within the apartment unit itself, the main door will be made up of a well-seasoned hardwood frame while the internal doors are going to be skin moulded doors. The ceiling and the walls of the entire unit will be painted with oil-bound distemper. The tiles used in the living cum dining area will be high-quality vitrified tiles and the bedroom floors are to be laid with laminated wooden flooring. Every apartment unit will come with a modular kitchen with vitrified tiles on the floor. The working counter is a granite top and the kitchen will come equipped with a stainless-steel sink, and chrome-plated fittings. There is to be a provision for a geyser, RO water plant, and an exhaust fan incorporated in the kitchen. There will be 2 feet of ceramic tiles above the granite top counter, which are balanced by OBD paint. The bathrooms of the units will have anti-skid tiles flooring. Every bathroom will have a wall- mounted western commode with an exposed cistern, washbasin with a granite counter, and chrome-plated plumbing fittings. The bathroom walls will have 7 feet of ceramic tiles. High- quality modular switches and ample plug points are to be provided in every room of the unit with sufficient fan points and light points throughout the unit. There will also be provision for 100% power back up, AC points in every room, provision for split air conditioner, 6/15A sockets, and power from the BESCOM grid.
