By the end of April, all Sub-Registrars were open and with certain restrictions, of course. Revenue minister R Ashok, also said the real estate growth is et to increase and would take more than a quarter to stabilize. Some of the successful builders and realtors were sure of the upcoming festivals pushing the revenue as the enquiries were raising and getting back up from the Covid times were cumbersome.
